Recycled treasures mix with the home’s spotless new stainless-steel appliances to deliver both nostalgia and perfect convenience.
The Nut House’s steep ceilings, open floorplan and large windows give it a calming, indoor/outdoor lofted tree-house appeal. With front deck lounge chairs, an outdoor grill and a cozy dining area inside a screened-in porch off the back of the house, Guests can enjoy the natural surroundings with a sturdy roof overhead.
Visitors to the Nuthouse have access to a community swimming pool in the summer months, and are only a short drive away from a variety of unique dining and shopping opportunities. The larger Yellow Creek area offers access to public parks, golf courses, walking trails and museums.
Visitors can spend an afternoon at the Shiloh National Military Park – a memorial to the region’s rich civil war history – and view the battlefields, the national cemetery and the Shiloh Indian Mounds. My name is Beverly Milligan. I am from Savannah, TN. I have been in the Property Management Business in Pickwick since 1998! I love the vacation business, meeting new people and retaining relationships with my regular visitors. Two of my sisters - Sondra McKellips and Lara Milligan – are part of my cleaning crew. Along with Beth Wright, Lisa Matthew, Bobbi Crowe and DeeAnne Lambert, they strive to maintain clean and well stocked vacation rental homes.
Pickwick Lake Cabin Rentals is locally owned and managed. I am truly a local, born and raised on the Savannah, TN side of Pickwick Dam. The "Circle" at the lake was our summer hangout, and the lake was our playground. My younger sisters head up the cleaning crew and help out at the office. We would love to share our little place with you!
We offer a variety of vacation cabins and homes on and around Pickwick Lake. From a one-bedroom efficiency to a six-bedroom Lodge that accommodates forty-two guests, we have something for everyone! Send an inquiry, visit our website, or give us a call – we look forward to welcoming you!
