Corkys is is one of our most popular waterfront houses. It’s easy to see why! Near Grand Harbor Marina, entry level great room with wet bar, private and amazing double-decker boat dock. From here, you can enjoy our all-sports Pickwick Lake; boating, swimming, tubing, and water skiing. Bring your boat or rent one from the marina. Get out there and cruise 496 miles of shoreline, 85 miles of which is island shoreline. Find off-water activities at local parks, golf courses, and walking trails.
Sleeping arrangement: Upper level has 2 bedrooms. 2 queen sized beds in one and a king sized bed in second room. Lower level has a bedroom with queen bed; bedroom with 3 single beds; and a bonus space with sofa sleeper.
Guest love the convenient Shuttle Service available. Take a break from relaxing at Corkys and experience some local FUN at Freddy T's, The Rooftop & Freddy T's Beachclub.

Our home on Pickwick Lake is hard to leave! 2 grills, both are charcoal. 2 decks, both are huge and have plenty of lounging furniture. Get in the sun! The Lake deck and dock are a great place to relax in the quiet cove.
Pickwick Lake is on the Tennessee River and year round fishing is a passion around here. Imagine more than 100 species lurking in hundreds of secluded coves. Crappie, bass, catfish, sauger, walleye, bluegill, stripes are just a start.
The Pickwick Landing State Park features a Golf Course that is a favorite of the locals. The Park Marina has 46 sailboat slips, a great place to stroll and sightsee. Plus, two public swimming beaches!
Nearby Hardin County shopping, museums (we recommend the Tennessee River Museum), and restaurants guarantee all ages a good time and eats. The Civil War Interpretive Center is popular for history buffs as are the Tennessee Civil War Trails. You book directly with us, so we’d be glad to share our local knowledge so everyone in you group has something to enjoy.

My name is Beverly Milligan. I am from Savannah, TN. I have been in the Property Management Business in Pickwick since 1998! I love the vacation business, meeting new people and retaining relationships with my regular visitors. Two of my sisters - Sondra McKellips and Lara Milligan – are part of my cleaning crew. Along with Beth Wright, Lisa Matthew, Bobbi Crowe and DeeAnne Lambert, they strive to maintain clean and well stocked vacation rental homes.
Pickwick Lake Cabin Rentals is locally owned and managed. I am truly a local, born and raised on the Savannah, TN side of Pickwick Dam. The "Circle" at the lake was our summer hangout, and the lake was our playground. My younger sisters head up the cleaning crew and help out at the office. We would love to share our little place with you!
