You’re literally surrounded by state-of-the-art docks and an amazing variety of boats. Guests love to stroll along the Harbor and enjoy the warm river breeze.

Civil War History can’t be ignored. Just minutes from Pickwick Lake is the historic Shiloh National Military Park. A few miles to the north, Savannah TN has the Tennessee River Museum. Ask us about the Civil War Interpretive Center too. Since you book directly with us, we can suggest all sorts of activities for all ages.

This villa is part of the Aqua Yacht Harbor in Luka, Mississippi on Pickwick Lake. It is a full-service boating hub and a household name for those who navigate the Tennessee River. Did your know? Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama meet in the lake.
Have a larger group, up to 12 people. We rent 2 villas in the Aqua Yacht Harbor. In fact, we have vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes throughout Counce, TN and Pickwick Lake.
Fishing is a passion and the tournaments are huge! Pickwick Lake is known for smallmouth bass and TN River catfish. Year round biters are crappie, bluegill, white bass, stripes and sauger. So pack your fishing gear and bring your boat. Anglers tip: The Wilson Dam tailwater at the upper end of the reservoir is noted for record-size smallmouth bass and catfish.
Of course boat rentals are available right here at the Aqua Yacht Harbor. Fishing boats, pontoon boats, house boats and more. Walk-up rentals are usually available during the week but are very limited on the weekends so plan ahead for weekends on the water. See 3 states from Pickwick Lake! Navigate the several large coves branching off the main lake (the most famous is Yellow Creek) and cruise down the Tennessee River.
Prefer a dryer vacation? Counce, TN and Savannah, TN have a variety of shopping, museums, restaurants, parks, and golf courses.

My name is Beverly Milligan. I am from Savannah TN. I have been in the Property Management Business in Pickwick since 1998! I love the vacation business, meeting new people and retaining relationships with my regular visitors. Two of my sisters are part of my cleaning crew, Sondra McKellips and Lara Milligan. PIckwick Lake Cabin Rentals is locally owned and managed. I am truly a local, born and raised on the Savannah, TN side of Pickwick Dam. The "Circle" at the lake was our summer hangout, the lake our playground. My younger sister's head up the cleaning crew and help out at the office. We would love to share our little place with you!
