You will first enter the main floor living area that has a full kitchen and the living room. The light shines through the massive windows and lights the space with a warm glow that makes the cathedral ceilings dance with light. There is cozy seating, including a sofa and two recliners, for evenings spent catching up on movies or if you prefer just watching the flames flicker in the stone gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and houses a table for two. Though a table is provided, we recommend the deck table where you are surrounded by crisp mountain air and a five-star view.
The expansive deck will inevitably become a favorite space for the two of you as you watch the view from the porch swing, with a morning cup of coffee, begin to transform as the hours pass and sunset falls. The hot tub is ready for you to relax, and the view is unobstructed from any seat.

Cabin was super cute and very clean! We couldn't have had a better time celebrating our 30th anniversary! Thank you!
When we got there, it was during a wind storm and a tree had blown across the road. We called and someone got there fairly quickly to check on us and got the tree removed so we could get to the cabin. We had stayed at Sweet Surrender before and absolutely loved it. We had a wonderful time in spite of the lack of electricity for a few hours the first night. We will stay there again in the future.
We stayed at the sweet surrender for four nights and had no problems with this cabin. We look forward to staying at this cabin again.
My husband and I absolutely loved staying in Sweet Surrender. We will definitely come back and will refer people to use Mountain Chalets. We enjoyed our getaway and can't wait to return in the future.
