The cabin was very nice, clean, and relaxing. The pool was great! The only slight inconvenience was the very small, steep road to the cabin ( we were in a large heavy duty truck) ; it would not be an issue for a smaller vehicle. Would definitely rent again, but bring a smaller vehicle. ;-)
For starters the cabin was VERY clean and I loved that. It was beautiful! The codes to the pool that was sent to me in an email didn't match the door, after calling I figured that problem out and everyone was very pleasant to talk to. I had a big problem with the pool only being 82 degrees. It was honestly too cold to swim in, and the fountain to the pool never worked which was a little aggravating. We arrived five minutes prior to check-in and maintenance pulled up just as we were fixing to walk in to establish if there was a problem with the cabin. That didn't set off a tone very well or confidence in the cabin, even though it checked out. All in all I DID ENJOY the trip and everyone was very pleasant to deal with. Just a few issues that I feel need to be worked out. Thanks so much!
