-Cable is not available at this cabin, but guests can enjoy streaming with Starlink internet.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
*No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
*Parking up to 3 vehicles, street parking is not allowed.
*The minimum age for booking is 25 years.
*Smoky Cove Resort community pool is available for use seasonally and operates from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
*NOTE regarding the neighborhood: This home is situated in a newly developed area where construction activities may occur during daytime hours. Please take note of this prior to your arrival.
