My family and I loved our stay at the Pine Tree Lodge! It was a very nice cabin. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because one of the bathrooms tub needs to be fixed it has a patch in the tub. Mattress in master room is thin and uncomfortable and housekeeping need to do more than the bare minimum need to dust and clean toilets more efficiently. Wish we had a better view of mountains but it does say wooded view so oh well. Other than that cabin was just like pictures and we loved how spacious it was. Would definitely come back again to stay! The springs in the furniture REALLY need to be fixed! Martha J. (Reviewed on 24 Dec 2014)
Everything was fine, better than we expected. Look forward to using Jackson Mountain Homes again. We even got to see a close up of a bear black about 3-4 cabins to the left of us. Sylvia R. (Reviewed on 02 Sep 2014)
