Mountain splendor is a large, four-bedroom chalet on a private lot in the mountains. This two-story, 3,500-square-foot home can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably with three full baths and a half bath, a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room and a spacious sitting room and TV lounge. The main entryway opens into a great room with comfortable seating and a stone fireplace. Here, guests can find a collection of toys and books for young children. An open floorplan provides clear lines of sight to the dining room and kitchen for easy large-group socializing.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a balcony with panoramic mountain views and a covered patio with an outdoor hot tub. Wireless internet is included. This home is pet-friendly.
Sleeping arrangements: On the main floor, the master bedroom suit is furnished with a king-sized bed and offers exclusive access to a full bath with a whirlpool tub. This room also has a private sunroom and deck. On the lower level, three more bedrooms are furnished with two queen-sized beds and a second king-sized bed. Additional overnight guests can stay on the futon in the lower-level entertainment room.
The garage at Mountain Splendor has been converted into a “kid zone” with a pin-pong table, air hockey, a pool table and a 60-inch flat screen. In addition to the numerous in-unit attractions, Mountain Splendor belongs to the Cobbly Nob Resort Village, which offers guests access to tennis courts and a community swimming pool.
The resort village of Cobbly Nob is located just 15 minutes from the downtown area at Gatlinburg, where visitors can walk the strip and choose from hundreds of unique restaurants and explore the souvenir shops and other attractions. Gatlinburg is known for its excellent distilleries, so plan to spend a day touring and tasting.
The Gatlinburg arts district is a unique experience, with an eight-mile loop dedicated to galleries, studios and boutiques displaying Appalachian craftsmanship including broom making, glass blowing and chainsaw sculpture. Don’t miss a trip to the top of the iconic Space Needle for a bird’s-eye view from the observation deck. Gatlinburg is close to the famous Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where visitors can hike, bike and ride horses through mountain passes and fields of wildflowers. Another tourist favorite is the Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort, aerial tram, golf course and petting zoo.

VLS License #367. My name is Steve Milo and I own several vacation rental homes and take time to listen carefully to my guests. I am also lucky to manage other people's cabin rentals throughout the Gatlinburg, Tennessee region - the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and in other states. I bought my first vacation home in Florida in 2002 and now I manage vacation rentals in many shapes and sizes: Large capacity homes; pet friendly cabins; homes with heated pools, cozy log cabins in the mountains with hot tubs. I own Vacation Rental Pros Property Management, LLC and hope you find time to enjoy one of our Jackson Mountain Homes.
