When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.
We loved the cabin. Beautiful and spacious with nice mountain views, The children loved their own pool and theater. We all had a great time in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely use Cabins For You again, great people to work with. Thanks again.
Our family of 17 absolutely Loved this cabin!! It was new, beautiful, clean, breathtaking views, huge outdoor areas with seating for all! The bedrooms all had private baths and king beds….so comfortable! The cabin design, amenities…very well done! The kitchen was perfect, two of everything (appliances too) The indoor pool and hot tubs along with the awesome theatre, we’re all big hits with the kids. A lot of parking too! The only bad thing I could say, is wish we could have stayed longer!! I highly recommend this property.
Everything went very smooth with check in and check out. The cabin was absolutely beautiful!! Our family was able to relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains while playing pool, swimming, hot tubbing, playing games, and feasting well. We discovered one problem and the Cabin For You folks was all over getting it fixed. We are planning a return visit through Cabins For You.
The cabin was everything we expected and more. The kitchen is a cook's dream. The outside decks and hot tub were fabulous and always being used. The view was spectacular!
