When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.
This cabin was so comfortable! It was CLEAN and well kept. My boys really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and fully functional. We spent so much time out on the decks just enjoying the sounds of nature. This cabin will be our first choice for return visits.
This cabin was one of the best we’ve stayed at! We come to Tennessee every year, we always get a cabin….I have never had an experience like the one me and my family had here, this will be our yearly vacation cabin as long as it’s available! The cabin was very clean, very comfortable, our kids had so much fun at the cabin we couldn’t get them to go out and do anything else.
Lots of amenities, very clean! The pool was so relaxing. Even saw a bear out back by the driveway. Will be back again!
A great place to get away. Everything was very clean and kept up nicely. The location was very peaceful and the amenities were amazing. The expectations were very clear and information was provided to make the stay as easy and relaxing as possible.
What a beautiful cabin. The pool was amazing and the hot tub overlooking the Smokey mountains. Be very careful the roads are dark at night and very narrow. GPS will also get iffy. Responded quickly on our holiday. The stay was a wonderful and fun time! Thank you.
