When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.
The cabin was perfect for our family of 4 generations. There was plenty of space, quiet setting & inside was very clean & updated. Our youngest great grandson started to cry when we got ready to leave. He said but I don’t want to go. So many memories made this weekend Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us. We definitely will be back. Thank you Cabins for you staff for being so helpful.
I highly recommend Rocky Top Lodge if you are having a big group or big family stay in Tennessee. It’s a very spacious cabin with lots of privacy. Plenty of areas to sit and relax in. We had plenty of seating for meals and the kitchen is so roomy to move around in and make meals. The kids enjoyed the theater room, pool table, basketball game and arcades. We had a carport to park two cars under plus more room to park if we had more cars here. We will definitely be booking this cabin the next time we stay in Tennessee.
Our experience at Rocky Top Lodge was wonderful. The directions and check in process was smooth. I loved the privacy of the property. There was plenty of room for everyone. The cabin was very nice with plenty amenities. The drive to downtown Gatlinburg was short as well as other surrounding areas. We will definitely visit this property again. Absolutely amazing cabins. Beautiful scenery. clean, affordable, office was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. We had no complaints. Loved every minute of it. Will definitely be going back next month.
