Plus, the community amenities are a nice bonus. Splash in 3 seasonal pools, enjoy games or work out at the clubhouses, and play tennis!
Living Room
The living room area makes a remarkable first impression to guests, featuring comfy seating and large windows overlooking the gorgeous mountains. Walk right in, drop those heavy bags, and get ready to relax! Guests will immediately notice the awesome open concept of the chalet.
When you want to unwind, sit in the recliner or one of the two comfy couches and turn on your favorite TV show on the mounted big screen TV. From October to March, guests will have access to a gas fireplace to keep warm and cozy during their stay! After busy days playing in downtown Gatlinburg, this cozy living room will be a great place to unwind.
Kitchen
The stunning fully equipped kitchen in Picture Perfect is just that: absolutely picture perfect! The recent renovations filled this kitchen out with nice tile flooring, marble countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. No matter what meal you’re looking to make, the chalet has you covered by featuring all the glassware, cookware, and silverware you need!
The kitchen also offers guests some extra amenities, such as a coffeemaker, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Whether you’re creating elaborate meals, reheating leftovers, or just making easy lunches and snacks between adventures in the Great Smoky Mountains, this gorgeous kitchen has all you need to feed your party.
Dining Room
Just a few feet away from the kitchen is the dining area, where the long wooden table offers seating for up to 10 guests at a time. Guests will be able to see the glorious mountain views through the living room windows from the table, making it an awesome place to devour that meal! Or you can put the kids to bed and enjoy a romantic couples’ dinner, complete with wine from a local winery or sips of moonshine from the Ole Smoky Distillery or Sugarlands Distillery.
When mealtime is over, use this space as a game-night hub, setting up board games, card games, or even crafts (or holiday cookie decorating) for the kids. You can even use this as your workspace if you need to catch up on a few things while you’re away.

Picture Perfect offers 5 spacious bedrooms with plenty of privacy. Each bedroom offers a large king-size bed, so guests are sure to experience a great night of sleep! Outside of the comfortable sleeping accommodations, each bedroom offers a TV so guests can go to sleep while watching their favorite TV shows. A couple bedrooms also offer easy access to the back deck so you can start each morning with the perfect view! When you’re all worn out after a big day in downtown Gatlinburg, you’ll appreciate these spacious and comfortable bedrooms as their own little retreats within a retreat.
Outdoor Spaces

When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.
We had a family of 12 & had plenty of room to not be on top of each other.This cabin was isolated enough that we only saw lights through the trees. Our view of the mountains took our breath away. A lot of time spent rocking on the deck. Seeing a bear come right up to the cabin was a wonderful experience! Everything was clean & decor was comfortable. Kitchen was great. Had fun reading the cabin diary where other visitors left stories of their stay. I would 100% recommend this cabin.

We had a great time in the Picture Perfect cabin. The beds slept great which is something I am always worried about. The water was hot, the view was beautiful, the kitchen was stocked, the hot tub was great, and it was a very clean cabin. I would stay definitely recommend to a friend and stay again. The only thing we had a problem with is the drier wouldn’t dry the towels completely.
