When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.
My family and myself enjoyed the beautiful cabin and scenery. Cabin and hot tub was clean and cozy. Would stay at this cabin again. Was not far from everything, but was also enough out to enjoy the beauty of Tennessee.
Our cabin was beautiful and the company was easy to work with. We will be staying here again.
First experience in a cabin and this cabin was absolutely perfect. My wife and myself made lasting memories here. The amenities were absolutely great, location is close to everything you want. We would definitely put this cabin at the top of our list for our next visit to the smokies.
What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week and it was so nice to come "home" to a cozy place after a day of riding motorcycles in the mountains. It had everything we needed and was just so inviting.
I stayed in mountain magic cabin and it was very clean , and properly maintained . Felt comfortable staying in this cabin with covid going on . Everything you needed was there - just minus your own food. Out of all the places I have stayed , the hot tub was very well kept up , you can tell it had been drained prior to our stay unlike others I have stayed at. It was a perfect little mini vacay. Will recommend this place , and will definitely use cabins for you rental company for my next vacation.
