Right off the dining area, the cozy living room features a plump couch (doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa) — perfect for a cat nap — and a love seat with a great mountain view from 3 large windows. A matching wooden coffee table and end table are more than ready to hold as much coffee and cocoa as you can handle. There is also a stone electric fireplace, a big screen TV, and a DVD player — great for movie night in the cabin! When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.
Every year our family gets together for the holiday weekend and this year we stayed with Cabins For You. From the beginning we were delivered great customer service. Our vacation planner was personable, gave great correct information and was quick to respond. The house was easy to get to, great location, clean and perfect for our family. We will be back!! We had a great time celebrating my parent’s 65th anniversary. Almost all the family showed up & there was plenty of room. Our cabin was also pet friendly, so my brother & I were able to bring our dogs with us. The view was all I had hoped it would be!! It was so relaxing, we didn’t want the weekend to end.
