When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. We have stayed with cabins for you multiple times and been happy every time. We have loved both places but the hen wallow creek cottage was definitely our favorite. The little creek right by the house was so cute and peaceful, the kids loved it as well!!! The only complaint is we didn’t see a bear lol jk.
