When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts.
