When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.
We had a family thanksgiving this year at Gigi’s Getaway! We had so much fun! The cabin is close to everything and enough room for the whole family. The Batman game was a hit with all the kids.

We enjoyed the scenery we seen black bears on our trip that was something we will never forget. The cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed everything it had to offer. Perfect weekend getaway for 11 of our family Fun Filled Great view WAY HIGH UP in the mountains if you want to be up there ! Our family had a BLAST and will repeat at this location and with Cabins for You they were great to deal with from check in to check out ! A pleasant experience I recommend them and this location !
