When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.
A perfect large cabin for our guest of 20. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and be comfortable. The only negative is no Wi-Fi but we knew that going in. The views from the decks are awesome. Approx 30 mins from downtown Gatlinburg so the location is fine. We'd highly recommend this cabin if you have a large group. The main floor has plenty enough room for 20+ people to congregate. All the beds were comfortable and very clean. We really will try to rent this cabin again next year.
The cabin was clean and as described.
The cabin was super clean and the host team was very responsive to our questions and even helped us add a night to our stay which was awesome. The oven was difficult though and the living room gets really hot with direct sunlight on the seating area from mid-morning to mid-afternoon. We loved having king beds and plenty of bathrooms for each couple. Overall it was an excellent amount of space for all of us.
I rented a 6 bedroom cabin for a family reunion and it was great! The property was beautiful and Cabins for You was very responsive when I reached out with questions/concerns leading up to the trip. The house was very clean and well maintained. Great value for the size of the house that we had.
We had such a great time. Plenty of room, loved the big tables lotts of chairs, hot tub was awesome.
