When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.
First time booking with cabins for you and I have to say it was AMAZING! The cabin was beautiful, fully equipped with all the amenities and not one issue. I would definitely recommend them and we are already planning our next family trip for next year.
This cabin was beyond my expectations. We've been to Gatlinburg many times. I wanted to make this stay special for our anniversary. And, boy was it! I almost didn't want to leave the cabin to do anything else! The cabin itself was immaculate. My daughter really enjoyed the hot tub. And, the game room put a smile on my grumpy 18 year old sons face. There are other cabins nearby, but far enough away, you have total privacy. Will absolutely book this property again.
We’ve used Cabins for you several times and have never had any issues. Check in and check out is easy, the cabins are always clean, and maintenance was super quick to respond the one time we had issues with a hot tub. I’d recommend them to anyone. Barnwood Ridge is our favorite cabin to rent!
