The kids might like the downstairs bedroom with its accessibility to the game room, but where you all sleep is totally up to you!
Outdoor Spaces
The outdoor spaces are sure to be a favorite hang-out spot when you book a stay at Three Pines. When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.
We stayed at 3 Pines 2139. Cabin was very clean, loved the entertainment there, had hot tub, pool table and 2 arcade games. Location was excellent, minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Will stay again!
Stayed for 2 nights 3 days. Cabin was spacious and clean. Photos listed were just as we found the cabin. Close enough to downtown to enjoy shopping and eateries but far enough away to enjoy the beautiful views and quiet serenity. We even had a visit from the neighborhood bear :). Will be back soon.
Great rates and simplified booking process. Our cabin was amazing..looked just like to pics posted. We felt right at home. The place was clean and provided all the essentials.
We stayed at Eagle View cabin. There were 6 adults and 2 kids, we had plenty of space for everyone. Easy and quick check in and out. We had a couple of minor problems but it was taken care of quickly. The only concern was the steep parking area. The best part, we had visitors 3 of our 5 days. BEARS! Loved it.
