When the arrival date is more than 120 days away, the payment structure is as follows: 15% of the total balance is due immediately, half of the balance is due at the 120-day mark, and the remaining amount is required 30 days before the check-in date. For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges. Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. e held a surprise 50th birthday party for my wife and we had and awesome time. We had a total of 21 people In Jennie's View cabin, and we had plenty of room and lots of fun....we will be back!
We had a group of 13. This cabin allowed us all to stay together instead of trying to get a bunch of hotel rooms. It was so nice to have everyone staying in the same place! The view from the deck of Jennie’s View was beautiful. The cabin had so many amenities: hot tub, washer/dryer, porch swing, pool table, foosball, video games, full kitchen, etc. Our elderly dad was with us. There is not much of a handrail going upstairs or downstairs so he stayed on the main floor. This should not be an issue for younger groups but is something to be aware of if you have people who are not too steady on their feet. Convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Check in and check out was very easy. If you are looking to stay in a cabin, I recommend Cabins For You.
The reservation, check-in, and check-out process were very detailed and user friendly. The customer service was remarkable as I received 6 emails and three phone calls prior to check-in to ensure all questions were answered regarding my stay. Finally, the cabin was as advertised and everything our group needed for our two night stay. The beds were comfortable and sufficient supplies were on hand to get us started on our stay. I will definitely be using Cabins for You on future stays in the Smokey Mountains.
It is a wonderful place to go with your family and share, I recommend this place.
