For arrivals falling within the 31 to 120-day range, half of the total amount is due at the time of booking, while the remaining balance is to be settled 30 days before the scheduled check-in. In cases where the arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days away, the entire balance is due at the time of booking. These payment policies encompass property cleanup, reservation fees, taxes, and service charges.
Regarding check-in and check-out times, guests can commence check-in at 4 p.m. EST, with guaranteed access by 6 p.m. Checkout is set at 10 a.m. EST, and the accommodation cannot assure early check-ins or late checkouts. These terms aim to streamline the reservation process and facilitate a smooth stay experience.

Cabin was very spacious and comfy, there was 8 of us in the group and we had lots of room. Everything worked great and the beds were very comfy. I will definitely book again when we return to the area.
I'm a picky cabin renter and this place was wonderful. 3 kings spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (2 are halves)! I absolutely love all the nice mountain decor and the detail that was put into this cabin. Very impressed!! And all the porch swings were super nice! There were even doggie bowls in place when we arrived with our pooches. The only issue we had was the gas grill but the maintenance person came out on a Monday night to help us light it.. and we appreciate him doing that. Enjoyed the great game room area with the huge tv and sitting area and the kids loved the hot tub! Everything was great and we definitely want to return for sure!
