The Cottage is located on 12 acres in Maryville for a bit of country experience in the city. Adjacent to our home, it is a place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee in the screened-in porch overlooking our swimming pool with views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located only a 35 minute drive from the Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains.
With over 1,000 square feet, it contains a king 4-poster bed in the large master bedroom. French doors led to the pool. A fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Washer/Dryer on site. Seating for 6 in the dining area. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room with its own set of French doors to the pool deck provides additional sleeping options. Relax around the pool deck with your martini in the evening. Central heat and air. TV/DVDs with cable in bedroom and living room.

My wife and I enjoyed the weekend at Martha and Richard's cottage and found everything super. Their hospitality throughout the process was fabulous. The accommodations at their place met everything we wanted and much more. The pool was very nice and was an extra treat for us. The cottage had everything and more as advertised. We totally recommend this place to anyone who desires the comforts of getting away and enjoying the peacefulness of southern hospitality. Thank you Martha and Richard for sharing your place with us!
We stayed at the cottage over Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The cottage was very roomy (open floor plan) with lots of natural light and well decorated. It was clean and comfortable and stocked with extra little touches. The pool was wonderful, clean and well landscaped. I would recommend to a friend. Note: The location is good as well.
