Visitors to Cabin 412 will find a bright, cheerful, and comfortable abode in which to spend their time while they are visiting the Great Smokies, Gatlinburg itself, or whatever other event has drawn them here. When visitors arrive, they will find that there are a variety of amenities offered not just within the cabin but also by the resort itself. There is a swimming pool, wading pool, hot tub, and more just within the bounds of the resort’s property, for free use by those staying in a cabin.
When visitors enter this vacation home, they will find that there is a living area with multiple seating arrangements, along with a flat screen TV and a stone-surrounded gas fireplace. Whether visitors are hoping to relax here in the winter months with a hot chocolate in front of the fire or sprawl out on the couch with a glass of lemonade, we are confident that these accommodations will suit both needs. In addition to the living area, there is a kitchen, along with a back porch in which visitors can sit and admire the view with a freshly cooked meal.
The cabin has an upstairs and a downstairs. There is a half bath downstairs. Upstairs, there is a full bathroom, along with two queen-sized beds.
If visitors have children, one highlight of staying in this cabin is that it offers access to a playground at the resort, so you don’t have to worry about your children feeling at a loss for things to entertain themselves with while you are trying to rest and relax for a day. With the pool and hot tub available on top of this, they should have plenty to do on-site.
Visitors to the area will find that some of the most beautiful activities in which they can participate are also some of the most affordable and involve the least gimmicks. Take a hike on a windswept morning in the Appalachian mountains, where you may witness the breathtaking, hazy, and endless views that have given the mountains their name. Or, head off on a lazy waterfall stroll to view the cascading masterpiece at the end.
If you do choose to go to Gatlinburg, you shouldn't have trouble finding things to do, regardless of your interests. Gatlinburg’s Ober Ski Resort does not only offer skiing and indeed allows visitors to experience a plethora of outdoor activities year round, including a mountain roller coaster. There is also Ripley’s Aquarium, a great educational opportunity for visitors who are interested in learning about marine life. Finally, the town offers a variety of shopping opportunities, whether you simply need outdoor gear that you forgot to take with you or are looking for a unique and hand-made souvenir, representative of the region in Tennessee, to take back for yourself or a loved one. There are also a variety of excellent restaurants and breweries, making for a perfect stay.

This was a great place to stay! Everything was clean and everyone was very nice that we spoke with. We had a gorgeous view of the creek running back behind the building we were in. Plus very close to downtown which made it easy to walk and save money on parking. Dana K
Our cottage also had a gas fireplace, we hoped we’d get a wood one, but again we were good it was nice to look at. There were plenty of windows to get natural light and fresh air. We got to see a bear the last night we were there, he didn’t bother us and we sure wasn’t going to bother him lol. I really don’t have much negative about our stay at Carrs. Lena L
Absolutely love this place! Will definitely be coming back, even considering doing a yearly trip here! Beautiful location near a creek, within walking distance of Gatlinburg. We walked to everything this way so we didn't have to pay 20 to park for a few hours. Felicia Aytes
Clean, decent sized room. Table and chairs outside the door so you could sit and listen to the roaring stream. Fire pits and grills outside along the water. Easy to walk into town and avoid the traffic which there was a LOT of everyday. We were towing a trailer and they had a separate area for us to park it. We will stay again if we find ourselves in Gatlinburg in the future. JoAnn S
We loved staying 6 nights at Carr's Cottages. Very reasonably priced and great personal service and attentive here. Highly Recommended ~~ Traveled from Texas & stayed here July 17 to July 23, 2021. Cheers
This was our first time at Carr's and it was a Beautiful place. Our accommodations were roomy and clean. We rented the 3 bedroom cottage house on the other end of the property. It was away from the office, pool, and other facilities. It was very peaceful near the stream and hearing the stream at night was so awesome. The house was huge. Tim R
